Early in my career, I became obsessed with the divide that exists between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) — the intersection of the physical and cyber worlds. I realised that the immense potential of software and data innovation on the IT side was often underutilised. For me, the true treasure trove of value lay within the physical realm of operations — the "doing" part of a business.This passion led me to specialise in bridging this gap, leveraging my skills in software development, data engineering, analytics, product management, and architecture, along with my experience as an electrical engineer on the OT side. This unique journey has given me an edge and a fluency across both domains that is not easily found.My career has gone beyond just technology - I now work on the art of transforming a business strategy into a digital initiative that is interwoven with people and process.I always love a chat on this and related topics, so feel free to connect and reach out if you feel we have something in common!
