Responsible for gathering medical evidence from various treating physicians and hospitals for individual claimant cases, utilizing telephone interviewing techniques to develop and establish relevant documentation of a claimant’s impairment. Authorizing purchase of medical and psychological diagnostic services when needed to confirm or rule out a severe impairment. Evaluating and reviewing medical documents to determine claimant’s evidentiary sufficiency for decision making utilizing knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and disease processes as they relate to the Social Security Administration Disability Program. Additionally, responsible for managing a caseload of 90+ cases with an additional 15+ cases added weekly, conducting fact finding research, working independently, planning, organizing and coordinating work assignments, as well as, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsible for creating curriculum for Science and Social Studies for middle school students at Belle Vue and Raa Middle Schools. Researched and developed lesson plans utilizing benchmarks and guidelines set forth by the Department of Education meeting the educational requirements of the State of Florida. Additionally, held periodic meetings with parents to keep them informed of their students progress.

Managed an account base of 200+ businesses in Tallahassee and Perry, Florida. Responsible for the sale of copiers, fax machines and service contracts. Called on all existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with products and added new accounts through sales calls. Sales staff was also responsible for installation and set-up of new equipment, as well as the training of customer’s staff on the use of equipment.
