-I started my career at the age of 18. I created house plans for my father who owned a small construction business.-I spent 10 years in the regular army's 1st Cavalry Division and Army National Guard the 278th armor cavalry Troop.-After School, I worked for Oakwood Homes for 5 years. I designed and built houses, managed drafters and construction workers as well as Developed quality control and cost methods.-Rardin and Carroll were my favorite place to work. Dale and Steve are both excellent guys. I worked for them for around 5 years and working for them allowed me to expand my knowledge of Design and construction. I Created complete working sets of "blueprints" and manage most of the construction work from the architect's side. -I have been Teaching High School for years. I started at Cleveland State as an adjunct, Cleveland High and at Chattanooga Central. I teach Drafting, Architecture, and Construction.
