Created and lead the IBM Advanced Linux Response Team. A global team of Linux experts that promoted Linux and open source adoption in the enterprise space. Also established and promoted Linux competency centers in emerging markets.For 6 years led the Advanced Linux Response Team providing Pre-sales and Special bid support in the System and Technology Group. Keith was instrumental in establishing Linux Technology Competency Centers in various regions of the world including, Brazil, Russia, Germany and India. In addition to Linux Competency centers. The world wide Linux Advanced Response Team (ALRT) whose responsibility it is to provide customized support to IBM account teams and customers. The ALRT team also works with account teams and customers to architect, design and implement customized solutions. ALRT serves as a technical resource to various teams and groups in IBM. They also drive proof of concepts, work closely with the Linux Community and are a point of contact for total end-to end IBM based solutions, from hardware to business partner applications. Keith was responsible for all Linux special bids. In addition to managing this group Keith works closely with world wide marketing and sales teams to solve a wide range of customer problems and to address issues and requirements.
