I am responsible for leading Vistaprint’s CRM engineering organization, supporting over 1500 agents, taking15000 calls a day, ensuring business continuity for our four global call centers. I also own the vision and run the Quality Engineering organization, driving quality upstream in our development process and ensuring our quality objectives are met for the company.
