Working with PANYNJ overseeing the IT systems being delivered for EWR’s New Terminal A.

Started my own aviation consultancy business with the aim of 'Ensuring IT Supports Your Operation.' Supported clients in Central Asia and the Middle East to ensure that the IT systems were ready for their terminals and that the processes exist to manage new operations.

A short term assignment to improve Ultra's compliance relating to Systems Assurance on their contract for Muscat International and Salalah airports. Over a period of 4 months reduced the number of complaints from the contract's Engineer to zero; eliminated non-conformances relating to Systems Assurance; and ensured that the technical work streams produced evidence to demonstrate their compliance with the people, product and process requirements of the contract.

Led the IT Systems Working Group preparing the CIO, COO and airline stakeholders for Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) trials that allowed the airport successfully to open Terminal 3 prior to the Football World Cup.

Tender Preparation and Assessment; Supervision of IT Contractors at major airport developments; Worked with airport, airline and regulatory bodies to ensure their requirements were incorporated in specifications. Led coordination workshops to assign design ownership responsibilities between interfacing parties to avoid clashes and omissions during construction.

Delivered service excellence to Ultra's BRS clients at 42 airports globally; Invested R&D budget to retain Ultra's leading product position; Directed teams of software engineers, support engineers and project managers to develop bespoke software; to deliver and maintain installations at client sites; and to establish a reputation for service delivery.
