I manage 40 to 50 associates in the outbound production department at Winston Brands Inc. I oversee payroll scheduling and all PTO requests for the department. I am able to run multiple departments at once including order picking, packing and shipping. I use the easy metrics system to track and maintain productivity of my associates on a daily basis. I oversee the interview and hiring process for first and second shift associates. I work closely with multiple temp agencies to maintain a certain headcount in our DC. I insure orders from our major client companies (Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock) get picked, packed and shipped on time with 100% accuracy. I created and currently run the safety committee for our DC.
