Primary responsibility is to assist Plant Engineer in the design and implementation of safety equipment on existing production equipment. Modified existing equipment to improve the production of the finished paintfilm.

Primary responsibility for this small startup company is the design of steel mill guiding equipment and spare parts in the United States and Canada. Proposed and designed the equipment required for all quotations and orders. Manage various projects from receipt of order to its final installation. Procure sub-suppliers for the manufacture of purchased equipment. Upon equipment delivery, travel to the customer and train the appropriate personnel on proper equipment operation and maintenance. Commissioned the equipment when placed in service. Performed international travel as required for sales visits overseas. Provided the customer with solutions to his issues or concerns in the rolling of steel.

Primary responsibility was providing proposals and designs for steel mill guiding equipment for the North American Market. This included making sales visits to determine what issues and concerns the customer has with the equipment he is currently using. Acquire cost estimates to provide quotations and the manufacture of the proposed equipment. Provided on-site training for the appropriate personnel in the operation and maintenance of this equipment. Assisted in the final commissioning of the equipment when placed in service.

Responsible for the design of equipment for various manufacturers. Reviewed various design projects to ensure the accuracy of the equipment and that it met the manufacturers' design specifications. Met with manufacturers on-site to review designs and proposals.

Primary responsibility was for proposing and designing equipment per clients' specifications. Reviewed and checked the accuracy of equipment designs to ensure that it met the clients' specifications. Gathered and negotiated costs for these projects from sub-suppliers and third-party vendors. Managed on-site team members and acted as liaison between client and team members in performing this work.

Responsible for the design of material handling equipment from proposal drawings. Created Bill of Materials for the manufacture of this equipment. Selected commercial components for this equipment. Gathered costs for these projects from sub-suppliers and third-party vendors. Performed the necessary calculations to ensure that the equipment met the design specifications.
