Managed depot workload priorities for medical and test equipment maintenance services including: equipment fieldings, force modernizations, unit resets, calibrate and returns, repair and returns, acceptance inspections, technical evaluations for induction as well as for turn-in. Performed calibration, verification, preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of medical equipment with a focus on medical imaging devices, especially CT and MR.Managed the CT preventive maintenance program; maintained several systems in a ready state to deploy worldwide on short notice. Training With Industry (TWI). Developed curriculum, delivered training via lecture and hands-on labs and introduced "bugs" into CT systems. Managed six remote medical maintenance shops across Iraq during a one year deployment. Ensured the health and welfare of approximately 30 Soldiers was maintained, effectively managed the medical maintenance shop at Fort Hood, TX.

Performed technical quality checks on medical devices and associated documentation before releasing the equipment to customers at an ISO 9001-2000 registered facility. Developed and implement improvements to existing quality control procedures. Maintained, managed and updated over 600 service manuals and software packages in the shop’s technical literature library.

Managed the workload of 32 maintenance technicians; Soldiers, DoD Civilians and contractors in the completion of 1,200-1,700 work orders per month. Trained, coached, led and mentored 8 subordinate Soldiers. Ensured sustainment maintenance occurred at all Army National Guard units throughout an 18 state region of responsibility.

Performed technical inspections, calibrations, preventive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment on a wide variety of medical devices. Served as the unit training NCO.

Stand-alone medical equipment repairer for the Multi-national Forces and Observers (MFO). Maintained over 500 medical devices across the Sinai Peninsula. Received highest rating possible during a Command Logistics Review Team inspection, received an Army Achievement Medal as a result.

Performed technical inspections, calibrations, preventive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment on a wide variety of medical devices. Served as the unit Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Coordinator.
