Created tenant upgrade budgets for the client by collaborating with subtrades and applying previous estimating experience.Tendered the security and data packages out to bidders, clarified questions, issued changes and awarded contracts to successful subtrades.Designed, reviewed, and submit shop drawings and RFI's to consultants.Reviewed subtrade change orders to ensure changes to the scope of work were covered.

Assisted senior estimators on large to small scale competitive bids, as well as negotiated contracts, through quantity takeoffs, communicating and problem solving with subtrades, and reviewing construction drawings. Performed quantity billing of newly place fibre optics for Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) using Excel and as-built drawings.

Conducted quality control and quality assurance testing for asphalt, concrete, and soils on a wide variety of projects. Monitored the procurement of cast-in-place structural piles.

Performed quantity takeoffs to provide accurate cost estimates for a variety of small and large scale projects. Communicated with clients and subtrades in a professional manner to form competitive bid packages.
