We also managed projects such as DTV and other telecommunication and lead generation campaigns. We currently are working multiple partners to do BPO and have also recently began doing digital marketing. The new partners we have are what is going to take things to the next level in the future.

Managed group of 25 plus agents to work energy residential projects for multiple suppliers. During this time we made up 50 Percent or more of the clients the supplier was enrolling. We also led retention efforts that helped us maintain approximately 70% of the enrollments to reach the end of their contracts. This number dipped when the supplier no longer allowed us to renew the customers in order to make more money on the month to month variable.

Managed over 30 different channel partners and helped team reach highest sales production in company history.We were a 3 man team and only focused on SMB which we excelled at working long hours and taking care of business. I owe my work ethic to my Director and VP at the time.
