As Service Desk Team Lead, I am directly responsible for a team of seven Service Desk Analysts and two Senior Analysts. In addition to ensuring that I get the very best performance from my team, I also deal with customer escalations, to ensure that we deliver the greatest possible level of service. I am regularly involved in larger projects within the Business, and liaise with other IT Teams to ensure that we are working collaboratively at all times.

As Team Leader of General Merchandise at J. Sainsbury, I was responsible for a team of 15 people. It was my responsibility to ensure that my team were working to the very best of their ability, giving honest, constructive feedback and guidance. I was responsible for ensuring that waste targets were met, and that stock levels were maintained. I organised a complete overhaul of the Warehouse, allowing for stock to be worked more efficiently, and for levels to be more effectively monitored. Subsequent to this, my store was awarded 'Gold' in an annual Warehouse Audit.
