Ensuring all deadlines for reporting are met and delivery of sessions is of high quality. *Being responsible for the Spireites Schools Partnership; developing relationships with new Schools to utilise the Community Trust for After School Clubs, PE lessons, Lunch Time Clubs, Premier League Projects, whilst maintaining existing relationships with Schools. Manage the rota, budget and performance against financial targets.*Oversee the promotion, staffing and budgets for the Spireites Soccer School; a holiday camp that has increased attendances from 12 per day to 32 per day average, and increased attendance over a twelve month period of 200%, resulting in increased profitability. *Launched the successful Traineeship Programme, delivered to NEET children; launched and delivered A Spire Right drug and alcohol recovery programme. Both projects receive significant funding for the Community Trust. *Other responsibilities include: oversee Match Day Activities, Lead Coach at the CFC Emerging Talent Centre, deliver coaches CPD sessions, oversee and present First Team player visits and managing grassroots partnerships.
