Project Management including the development of new and existing business, taking a client concept and producing a design that suits their requirements and making it a reality, taking into consideration capital cost and energy usage of the equipment required. Design for clients include: Commercial Refrigeration, Industrial Water Chillers for process Chilling, Air Conditioning, Lighting Schemes, Catering Equipment Layouts and Standard to Specialist Cold Rooms.

Meeting with customers and taking their design to the next level. This included accurate costing of commercial and industrial insulated storage rooms. Delivering a sales presentation to potential clients to aid in selling Carter Coldstores and the concept to the customer. Projects included large distribution centres with state of the art automatic rapid rise doors for freezer conditions, climate test rooms, and standard Chill and Freezer Rooms for the retail sector.
