Mr. Rich was a leader and advocate for the systems industry to emphasize the benefits of integrating and unifying systems to adapt to a client’s lifestyle. Mr. Rich has been featured in The Oprah Winfrey Show, HGTV, Fox TV, CBS TV, The Robb Report, Cigar Aficionado, Architectural Record, Residential Systems, Opulence, Wine Spectator, Investor’s Business Daily and others. Keith Rich and ISR continued engineering expertise and customer focus by pioneering the home management market with the award winning TRONARCH (Electronic Architecture) Management System in 1992. TRONARCH’s open architecture did manage some of the largest, most complex homes in the world seamlessly everyday and was recognized as Best of the Best Home Convenience technology by The Robb Report. Keith Rich promoted the collaborative design/build approach as a nationally registered education provider for the American Institute of Architects Mr. Rich helped forge the trail for the integration industry as a two-term President, management conference chair and board member of CEDIA.

Responsible for management and success of all aspects of CIS (Composite Information System) projects from coordination to completion including: setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, managing relationships with clients and project participants, system design, electrical conduit layouts, related equipment purchasing, fabrication, and electrical systems installation.
