As an assembler at Deister Machine Company, I contribute to the production of high-quality vibrating equipment for the mining and aggregate industries. I use my skills in material handling, power tools, and welding to assemble, test, and repair various components and parts of the machines. I have over four years of warehouse experience, working as a warehouse associate at Capstone Logistics and a utility locator at Utiliquest. I am proficient at operating different types of equipment, such as order pickers, fork lifts, scissor lifts, and electric pallet jacks. I also have experience in locating and marking underground utilities, ensuring safety and accuracy. I am passionate about learning new skills and improving my performance. I have a degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Ivy Tech Community College, where I earned my ASE certification in 2020. I am also certified in CPR/AED/First Aid by the American Red Cross and in Counter Balance Sitdown Rider Forklift Operator Safety Training by Caterpillar Inc. I am looking for a career that can give me the opportunity to utilize my training, skills, and passion.
