Five+ years experience in Shipping (Federal Express, Courier Services), including mail delivery. Inventory of incoming and outgoing parcels, inventory and stock control, shipping and receiving. Deal with external vendors for negotiation and purchase of office supplies (i.e. toner cartridges etc.), organization and administration of the Mailroom. Other duties and responsibilities include resourcing and ordering of office equipment and supplies, procurement of replacement fixtures and fittings, shipping and receiving utilizing computerized mailing systems.Working experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer and Internet Web browsing and searching.
