Engagements ranged in size from single site implementations to national deployments for both private and government organizations. Planned & implemented solutions using FileNet P8 3.5/4.0/4.5 and its add-on (RM, ICC, BPF, Sharepoint, EM) deployed with JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic on both Unix and Windows platforms. Integrated FileNet products into existing customer environments based on Oracle and SQL databases with RightFax, Datacap and Xenos add-ons. Planned and performed FileNet migrations ranging from service pack updates to full version or hardware upgrades. Administrative tasks included system & workflow monitoring in addition to customer support for technical issues.
