General Manager of Eagle Bay Brewing Co, a sizable employer and highly regarded operator in the Craft Brewing, Hospitality and Tourism sectors in the Margaret River Region. Finance, Governance and Culture are key areas of responsibility in this role, to which I bring over twenty-five years’ experience in similar roles, working with several family-owned businesses in the region.Background and management experience are founded in food and beverage businesses, incorporating both hospitality and manufacturing, along with expertise in direct to customer and trade sales, with an emphasis on the grocery channel and export. I demonstrate capabilities in all aspects of business management, including human resource management, business systems and relationship management with stakeholders both internal and external.Currently a board member of the MRBTA, having been so since the merger of the two LTOs, previously serving as a board member of GBTA. Also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) for MRBTA, inaugural Chair of the Southwest Brewers Alliance and, in my fifth term as President at Smiths Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.
