Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly and annual production goals through training and coaching of each loan officer. I am also involved with the implementation of systems and processes to streamline our production while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

I am responsible for growing the consumer direct lending channel for First National Bank of America. (FNBA) is a Nationally Chartered Bank, Federally Insured by the FDIC and an Equal Housing Lender. May, 2015 marks the 60th anniversary of the bank's founding in East Lansing, MI. FNBA is a "Portfolio" lender serving the non-traditional market, often times accepting a borrower with poor credit history that won't get approved by the conforming market.We manually underwrite each loan application to see if it meets our minimum guidelines and can make exceptions for recent bankruptcies, foreclosures and other derogatory credit history as long as there are other compensating factors to offset our risk. In addition to underwriting and processing the loan, we also service the loan payments for the life of the loan. We do not sell our loans to the secondary market so you will always work with FNBA from start to finish.
