♣ Assisted modeling debt service coverages, cash flow analysis, and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan amortization schedules in the predevelopment phase of multiple deals♣ Worked alongside the company's accountants working to manage the developments in the best fashion, as well as doing site visits and inspections.

Omega Psi Phi is a member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), which is currently composed of nine predominately African-American Greek-letter sororities and fraternities that promote interaction through forums, meetings, and other media for the exchange of information, and engage in cooperative programming and initiatives throughout the world. As chapter president, I led the chapter through a re-developement phase which included the following experiences and achievements. - Chairing an annual chapter event named “Men of Black Excellence” for two consecutive years. - Hosting all 10 of our fraternities mandated programs during my presidency. -Leading the chapter to having the highest GPA amongst all greek lettered fraternities & the second highest semester GPA amongst all NPHC Organizations for 3 consecutive semesters. -Being a top nominee for Basileus/President of the year for the 4th District (all chapters in the fraternity located in either Ohio or West Virginia).

This position oversees all the undergraduate brothers in the fraternity amongst Ohio and West Virginia.
