Brought my insight and experience into action for enhancing the quality and safety of the programmes at the National Governing Body of Rowing.Contributed as the Chairman of Event Committee, member of Coastal Rowing Committee and Safety Committee.

Drove the implementation of the Retired Athletes Transformation Programme at the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Hong Kong. It benefits over 130 retired athletes for job placement, on-job training, and education.

Project-managed the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2021, the largest sporting event in Hong Kong. Led the team of 200+ sports enthusiasts at the Marathon Registration and Runners’ Communication Office. Supervised the development of first-ever Virtual Run in parallel.Assisted in the New World Harbour Race 2021 and Haitong International 2021 Victoria Harbour Windsurfing Race.
