Primary Lead on athletic facility design and uniform/merchandise projects. Recommend strategies to enhance exposure for the Athletic Department. Communicates and collaborates on a routine basis with units within the athletic department.Primary lead on design for all graphics in relation to print, social media, email, web, and all other digital efforts. Independently creates and enhances current branding opportunities. Provides leadership and supervision for a staff of 5-10 design students while cultivating an environment that encourages creativity. Maintain and adhere to the advertising visual center to ensure consistent brandingfor all marketing/ticketing/donor/recruiting collateral for all OSU sports teams.

As part of college athletics first ever Ideation Team, I am responsible for creating visual solutions that help improve and increase awareness about the Oregon State brand, its teams, student-athletes and coaches as well as Beaver Nation.

As a Senior Lead Designer overseeing a team of designers, I was responsible for managing workflow, strategizing for team support, and providing art direction for projects when needed. Projects included, but not limited to retail environment concepts, branding style guides, digital media direction, and marketing presentations. In a leadership role across the company, I strived to create a positive and collaborative workplace culture both in our projects and by organizing several cross-team projects and events.

Design services included print, web, illustration, and art direction.

I led and assisted in a wide range of projects from concept development to production file preparation. Projects could include branding and identity exploration, solving for retail environments, creating vector illustrations, photoreal rendering, building client presentation decks, and preparing final print and digital files for large retail intiatives.
