Most recently I was the COO and Managing Partner with Cypress Express, LLC. Under my leadership, I am responsible for the development of standard operation procedures and employment policies, routing and dispatching duties, and providing training on the use of logistics software and mobile applications. Over my 7+ years we grew from a two-vehicle operation to one of the largest non-emergency providers in the state of Texas. I also oversaw payroll functions and the processing new of hires, and ensured the maintenance of credentials for the company and its drivers. In addition, I regularly liaise with departmental teams to ensure the company’s support structure is driving business forward with minimal expenditures.
