I was born and raised in Keene, NH. In 2005, I earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH. After graduation, I moved to Nashville, TN to chase my dreams. I had nothing lined up at the time, but I knew I wanted to try something new and push myself to be successful. Now, with a beautiful wife, an amazing son, a daughter on the way, two dogs, a perfect house, and a successful career, I can easily say the move to Nashville, TN was one of the best decisions I have ever made.Professionally, I love to dig into issues and solve them with modern technology. My wide-ranging experience across both Analytics and Salesforce is a direct result of past challenges that I have identified and tackled throughout my professional career. While I was primarily focused on Analytics in the early stages of my professional career, about a decade ago I saw additional opportunity for growth and pushed myself to expand my knowledge of Salesforce. I dug in, educated myself, and earned my Salesforce Administrator Certification in September 2015 while attending Dreamforce in San Francisco, CA.In my current role as Director of Analytics, I am responsible for two key areas of the business. First, I lead a team of amazing analysts who are responsible for delivering insights and reporting to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Second, I lead the Salesforce support team who are fantastic at making sure our ~150 active users can accomplish their daily tasks as efficiently as possible.Some of the projects I am currently working on are foundational to my company's long-term growth and innovation goals. First, I am leading the effort to build a new data lakehouse (data lake and data warehouse combo) using AWS with Power BI. This transitions us away from our legacy platforms and increases efficiencies across the business significantly. Second, I am overseeing a digital workflow build in Salesforce. This will enable our internal teams to transition away from having to use the old process, which was never designed to handle digital related activity. Like with the data lakehouse project, this too will increase efficiencies across the business significantly.
