(Convergys acquired FAO practice of Deloitte in August 2005, at which time my responsibilities remained the same, but title changed from Manager to Sr Manager)• Act as principal advisor to CXO level, partners, directors, and management in the application of human resource programs and policies for up to 1000 employees.
