-Coordinate 35 preschool classrooms, 6 part-time coordinators, and 150 volunteers each Sunday morning.-Recruit and screen potential volunteers using Ministry Safe Training-Plan quarterly trainings for 200 volunteers-Planned the first ever Volunteer Appreciation event called First Friends Fun & Fancy-Promote 700 children into their new classrooms using the church database ROCK-Send out weekly information to coordinators to share with volunteers.-Paycom

-Coordinated seven two-year-old classrooms on Sunday mornings.-Volunteer recruitment, screening, and training.-Volunteer support by helping them with the Lifeway curriculum, preparing activities, and gathering supplies for them.-Community building by starting a Curriculum Party each season where we met for lunch and helped organize the curriculum together.

-Directed Preschool Vacation Bible School for 400 children and 250 volunteers-Coordinated our Parent Commitment Ceremonies three times a year-Coordinated our First Camp Parenting class three times a year-Coordinated the preschool Wednesday night programming, adapting the WMU Mission Friends curriculum to fit our infants through Kindergarten classrooms-Directed and planned a Drive-Thru Vacation Bible School in August 2020-Assisted in coordinating a Family Drive-In Movie Night in December 2020 that served over 100 families

-Taught a two-year-old classroom for First Friends Early Learning (a two day/week Mother's Day Out program)-Taught a three-year-old Life Bible Study class on Sunday mornings-Experience teaching infants through Kindergarten

-Planned three community events a month for the Water Mill Apartment complex (20-100 people in attendance at each event)-Worked with a monthly budget of $300-Designed calendars and fliers-Welcomed new residents and visited residents whose leases were coming up for renewal-Provided quality care to residents-Worked with community businesses for donations

-Processed USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex mail, as well as interoffice mail.-Worked with various printshop tools such as binding, folding, laminating, and cutting machines.-Oracle

-Deployed baristas to positions ensuring speedy and exceptional customer service-Organizing and checking off billing invoices-Sales-Certified Learning Coach and Coffee Master
