My research involves being very familiar with multiple computer software systems. I collect data on food consumption from reliable government sources, and put this data into a life cycle inventory which allows me to organize it based on functional units. Overall, this data is used to determine the exact amount of greenhouse gas emissions, land use, water use etc. of specific food products recommended by government organizations or consumed by the average American. I also am a teaching assistant to the chemical engineering course, Fluid Mechanics, which allows me to constantly refresh my knowledge of the important engineering principles taught in this class as well as help undergraduate students have a clear understanding of these techniques.

I tutored mainly chemistry, biology, and math classes to university students. As an ambassador, I met prospective students, assisted the Office of Admissions, and helped at campus recruitment events.
