-Conceptualize, build, and send emails for Philadelphia Flyers-Build and implement email marketing campaigns for Flyers Sales, Flyers Charities, Member Services, Premium Seating, Group Sales, and Corporate Partnerships -Develop print marketing campaigns to generate revenue across new audiences -Manage NIL influencer marketing campaigns that include developing unique social media content -Manage post-game surveying and reporting utilizing email marketing KPIs-Contribute to ideation of Flyers theme nights, yearly brand launches, and events -Assist in grassroots marketing for Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Wings, and Wells Fargo Center including bar/restaurant partnerships-Manage the marketing and execution of single game ticket offers including Student Rush and military discounts-Create and execute Season Ticket Member newsletter that includes relevant team and membership communication

-Organize and execute value added experiences for Season Ticket Members for the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Wings (National Lacrosse League)-Maintain departmental budget and assist in forecasting of future budgets-Manage 4-8 interns and assist in the hiring of entry level Sales Associates-Establish processes for Inside Edge benefit execution for 2019-2020 season-Assist in planning and execution of Inside Edge and Center City Club sales events-Write Season Ticket Member monthly newsletters and communications

-Responsible for generating revenue for the New Jersey Devils, Philadelphia 76ers, and Delaware Blue Coats
