Ran updated Credit comparison reports through Advantage Credit Services. Evaluated differences from last credit pull utilizing Encompass system. • Worked directly with Loan officers and branch to clear conditions and reran DU/LP whenever FNMA/FHLMC original qualifying ratios were not met. Performs a variety operational tasks for a moderately complex to complex process or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Duties include receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed; verifying accuracy; balancing general ledger accounts; resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; preparing, editing, distributing and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Exercises some judgement within guidelines. Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.

Responsible for underwriting all retail non prime loan submissions within service center & from outside financial centers with signoff authority to $500k. Train new account managers, loan officers to efficiently submit loans,etc.. Track and maintain logs for designated branches with all training issues for further reference. Process loans for denial/adverse action with accuracy & second sign all TD's.
