Frequently communicating with patients, providers, medical assistants, and front desk staff; Usage of the program EPIC to determine patient MyChart activation status in order to help patients create an online account as the office turns into a touchless office by demonstrating MyChart activation using iPad; File proxy request forms and photocopy state identification to receive parent/legal guardian clearance for minors or the elderly for MyChart access; Create new MyChart handouts for patients to use in order to ease at home activation; follow up with post-visit surveys to hear feedback from patients on MyChart’s level of difficulty using Canva and other technology; Assist the OB nurse and help OB patients create MyChart account using iPad.
