I am Kellie Pearson, a senior at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Currently pursuing a management major, concentration in Human Resources and with a minor in psychology. Value is what I intend to create, engage and transform learning experiences while gaining an internship or even a future position. I am flexible in the way that I've worked on teams but also alone and can adapt to either. I am a true believer in continuous learning and always looking for ways to enhance my skills. The skills of compatiblility, dependability, determination, and integrity are my greatest. My aim is to be able to skillfully complete any role or task that I am given by utilizing my pre existing skills and learning new ones.
