Worked as a Recruitment Researcher for Exec Recruit Group collaboratively supporting Recruitment Consultants with various projects. Industries included charities, financial services/markets, retail, property and construction.Responsibilities included:- Candidate selection:- attracting and engaging relevant talent for various roles including Directors (e.g Finance, Sales, Commercial), CEO's, MD's and General Managers. - extensive research using multiple sources to identify candidates (including referrals, advertising, databases and LinkedIn) - developing the candidate pipeline/increasing candidate poolsCandidate contact:- screening candidates to ensure they meet the clients' requirements- monitoring applications received; and- assisting to create an exceptional candidate experience.

This was a fixed temporary position for 5 weeks.Duties included:- conducting research to identify potential candidates for a CEO position.- holding first stage screening interviews for a COO role.
