Resulting impact of 99% for successful store opening timelines. Received a top performer award for saving the company $570,000.00 in 2010 by assisting in the reduction of the cost of wireless broadband by $1900.00 per store. Collaborated with procurement and accounting to establish a process to procure equipment in bulk and allow for replenishment in order to support large acquisitions and short timelines. Identified unintentional impact to gasoline setup process due to loss of resources. Leveraged opportunity for creative solution through redistribution of Role & Responsibilities to internal resources, saving the company $750,000.00 per year.  Streamlined the new store installation process by transitioning to a new vendor to complete the network installation, creating cost savings and better service while eliminating 2 other vendors.
