My team of 270 professionals leads patient support, affordability, and fulfillment experience for all of Amgen’s medical benefit products. During my tenure, the team has launched eight products including four biosimilars, three pipeline launches, and one as a co-promoter with AstraZeneca. Each launch was successful because we created a seamless brand alignment, addressed client pain points, and met the needs of each unique sector. My team co-created the Amgen SupportPlus umbrella to address brand strategy across the portfolio and served on the acquisition team leading the exploration, planning, and integration of ChemoCentryx & Horizon Therapeutics. In addition, I developed Amgen’s first “biomarker testing copay program” supporting the Lumakras® launch. In 2022 I led the transfer of HCP services in-house to support the majority of Amgen brands, leading to a $73M 10-year savings target. I also achieved and maintained a 40% HCP utilization within bone brands – the highest in the company since launch. I established service differentiators for products in diverse life cycles to ensure premium experiences exceed biosimilars. Products under my leadership include: Prolia, Evenity, Avsola, Tezepelumab, MVASI, KANJINTI, Blincyto, XGEVA, Nplate, Vectibix, Imlygic, Kyprolis, Lumakras, Riabni, Neulasta OnPro, Neupogen, and Aranesp.

I was promoted to lead the team in developing and executing the patient access strategy for the Amgen Oncology, the company’s largest portfolio. I led full patient support services: Amgen Assist 360, Amgen First Step copay program, and Amgen’s Nurse Ambassador Program. I’m proud of launching the biosimilar franchise, a first in Amgen’s history, and creating awareness of the patient journey, elevating it from an afterthought to an oncology differentiator within the market. Products under my leadership included: MVASI, KANJINTI, Blincyto, XGEVA, Nplate, Vectibix, Imlygic, Kyprolis, Lumakras, Riabni, Neulasta OnPro, Neupogen, and Aranesp.

Following a significant product delay, I pivoted from the Blue Team to the White Team to lead the South-Central region. By establishing a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance, I elevated the team from last to top three in the company in Aimovig sales nationally at launch. I infused an entrepreneurial spirit and a fail-fast mentality that focused on cross-functional support and generated multibillion dollars in sales revenue. Products under my leadership included: Prolia, Repatha, and Aimovig.
