During my 18-year tenure with APQC, I worked with members and clients to help them solve business problems by using benchmarks, best practices research, and advisory services in the areas of knowledge management and process and performance management across functional areas from finance and supply chain to human capital, information technology, and sales/marketing. As manager of global accounts, my primary focus was to assist organizations in building capabilities for process improvement that support organizational objectives, including the integration of knowledge management, benchmarking, performance measurement, and other continuous improvement tools.
