With over 12 years of experience in instructional design and learning and development, I am passionate about creating effective and engaging learning solutions that support organizational goals and enhance learner performance. As the principal of Kelly Krystopowicz Consulting, I work with clients across various sectors and industries to assess their learning needs, design and develop customized curricula and instructional materials, and evaluate the outcomes and impact of the learning programs. I have a certification in Effectiveness Across Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, and I have expertise in various modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, manuals, and just-in-time training. I also have strong skills in presentations, organizational effectiveness, and training and development (HR). I am motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with diverse and talented teams, empower learners with relevant and practical knowledge and skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the organizations I work with.In my previous roles, I have successfully led diverse technical training projects, including Starbucks LEED Certification training, GE Power & Water Cooling Tower Treatment Program training, GE Power & Water Hydrocarbon Processing Technology training, SUEZ Food and Beverage Sector & Product training, and LYTX Driving Technology Customer training. My experience extends to learning strategy development, curriculum development, and various instructional design services, such as creating job aids, manuals, just-in-time training, instructor-led training, eLearning, instructional videos, and micro-learnings.Recent projects include working with AmazeHealth—a game-changing remote health and wellness company—to evaluate and design a multi-quarter learning strategy for their internal and external stakeholders. One of my deliverables included designing, creating, and delivering an interactive onboarding course using Articulate Storyline, incorporating multimedia elements and gamification. For the Nebraska Department of Transportation, I developed a blended learning program, combining a highly interactive eLearning course with a hybrid instructor-led training. Furthermore, my role in the SUEZ Food and Beverage Online Training involved collaborating with global subject matter experts, creating interactive online courses, and aligning content with commercial objectives.
