Relevant projects include:-Amaze Health: Oversaw the design of the customer education center and developed a prototype for the customer-facing learner’s experience. Designed a captivating new customer onboarding course using Articulate Storyline featuring multimedia elements, product training, trivia, knowledge checks, and a scenario-based capstone game. Created customer-facing short-form content videos on mobile application functionalities and platform capabilities to support their customer adoption and engagement strategy. -Nebraska State DoT: Developed and executed a comprehensive blended learning plan for client's Labor Contract training, integrating a highly interactive Articulate eLearning course with hybrid instructor-led training. Conducted curriculum walkthrough meetings to secure stakeholder feedback, designed and facilitated Train-the-Trainer sessions. -Rick Barrera Training: Spearheaded the modernization of client's sales training materials by converting content in outdated formats to engaging and interactive eLearning modules. Designed a full curriculum–complete with learning paths, self-reflection activities, and assessments–based on his book, leadership podcasts and my own subject matter expertise.-Aisle Planner: Created new customer onboarding program and customer-facing explainer tutorial videos on their SaaS platform with VoiceOver covering core and new feature benefits.

Provided end-to-end talent management support for the International Development Program (IDP), which is an accelerated leadership development program that develops high potential experienced talent for critical roles in multiple functions. Prepared, conducted, and followed-up on key program management meetings, which included stakeholder alignment meetings as well as one-on-one meetings with program participants. Provided coaching and guidance to participants and their stakeholders on how to create and manage the participant’s development plan, and on how to effectively utilize coaching, mentoring, networking and leadership training.Monitored the participants’ performance against developmental objectives. Created and supported learning and development programs and initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining entry-level high potential talent for the Information Technology Leadership Development Program (ITLDP). Designed and implemented the New Employee Engagement Program to retain and engage incoming new hires with the focus on clear and consistent communications regarding position information, benefits, moving/relocation, and training.Co-developed a Career Mentoring Program to meet the mentoring needs of the ITLDP participants, which included performing a needs analysis, assessing J&J and external mentoring programs, and consulting a team of stakeholders to design program requirements and processes. Analyzed data, designed metrics reports to communicate program value, and developed an efficient and organized participant information tracking system.

Shared responsibility in managing employee relations, which included facilitating coaching conversations and terminations.
