Evaluated market needs, determined product goals, and led content development with DEI lens for the redesign of WIN Learning’s Essential Soft Skills 4 course suite, which won the 2021 Tech & Learning Award for Best Remote and Blended Learning Tool.° Conducts research and communicates findings to improve decision making. E.g. Led the Dell Foundation, EdSurge, InnovateEDU’s interoperability initiative which included ~10 interviews, 2 working groups, a survey, a framework, a rubric and a report, which were used to launch an industry-wide initiative to improve data interoperability in edtech; Led EdSurge and Pearsons’ adaptive learning initiative which included ~30 interviews, 2 frameworks, a 60 page report, product profiles, and a microsite with an interactive diagnostic tool that was viewed ~20,000 times in the first 3 months. ° Collaborates with instructional staff to improve instructional design and delivery. Coached ~30 Chicago Public School teachers and administrators on PK-5 evidence-based literacy instruction, including 3 years as the lead adult learning facilitator with Children’s Literacy Initiative as a part of the Steans Foundation’s North Lawndale READS grant.
