Assembled and managed a world-wide team to analyze the advanced technologies developed for the multi-core Intel Architecture CPU product line and ensure that embedded customers had compelling use cases across multiple markets. Once confirmed, this team drove the availability of necessary third party vendor products, marketing strategy, creation of technical marketing collateral, implementation of support structure, and sales force training.Selected Achievements: • Successfully recruited labs (Intel and third party) around the world to develop use cases for every major target market• Enabled 5 Operating System vendors to have products commercially available within 1 year• Tracked over 200 design wins with customers using the new technologies• Delivered the #1 rated group-level class at the annual sales training conference

Ran staff operations for Director of Marketing and Director of Technical Marketing for the Embedded Processor Division. Responsibilities included running staff meetings, strategy setting sessions, and corporate financial planning cycles. Established common sense business processes for the staffs to run smoothly. Prepared management presentations for Directors and General Manager to discuss at customer meetings. Viewed as a leader who could bring multiple parties together, negotiate, and solve problems to get results. Selected Achievements:• Developed and managed product roadmaps for internal and external communications; contributed to the product development strategies• Developed telecom patent indemnification policies to satisfy customer, sales, management, and third party consortium needs• Served as instructor and mentor (in multiple countries) for requirements management and product development lifecycle

Took over the development for network processors from a newly acquired company. Responsible for the financial viability, to planning, to market introduction. The effort involved over 100 people on three U.S. and two international sites, so attention integration into Intel and team dynamics was very important. Lead two subsequent generations of the development, which included processor, software, and system/board efforts. Selected Achievements:• Ramped product line from zero to over 1 million units per quarter in new market• Established new efficient team organization model which was adopted by other programs• Developed new product quality and product approval processes to deliver products to market faster in a quality manner
