I bring over 20 years of experience on a wide range of initiatives aimed at maximizing clients’ mission and investment goals. I focus on understanding business operations and functions, how profitability is achieved, who the business serves and how People, Systems and HR practices enable the business to reach its goals. My primary focus areas are in Human Capital Management processes and systems, project planning and project/program management, root cause analysis, organization assessment and change management. I collaborate with HR and Functional Leaders to establish and execute strategic programs and plans that increase effectiveness of current systems and practices. My expertise was developed through client delivery with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Blackbox Consulting, ADP and Korn Ferry International. I am certified in Prosci Change Management Methodology and possess a strong command of Change Management models, frameworks, and OD interventions/tools aimed at building organizational effectiveness (incl discovery, analysis and action planning).I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change Management from Penn State University.
