Moved into a newly created role to launch a client service program and manage all business development initiatives for a national law firm. Worked closely with firm leadership and attorneys to develop strategy and execute on the firm's business development programs.

Served as the single point of contact for the Business Practice Group and nearly 200 attorneys. Worked closely with the group chair and practice team leaders to design strategic plans that grew business. I brought forward new ideas and proactive recommendations for client development; customized materials, responses to RFPs and creative proposals development; coaching and advising on best practices; identification and development of cross-selling initiatives; thought leadership strategies; and events such as webinars, conferences, speaking engagements, and sponsorships.

Recruited into a newly created position to transform and reorganize the hospital's business development, strategic planning, marketing and community relations efforts for this 358-bed hospital. Provided strategic direction on marketing initiatives—positioning the hospital as a leader in a highly competitive landscape. Oversaw business development, marketing, communications, media relations, digital strategy, call center, branding, medical staff development and service line marketing.

Oversaw the marketing, communications and public relations functions for a 488-bed hospital, the westside flagship community hospital of the Cleveland Clinic. Designed and managed marketing plans and budgets that contributed to driving awareness, preference and patient traffic.
