Then I mapped them to LinkedIn Hiring and Learning Solutions. I supported customers in several East Coast, Midwest, and Southern states in designing their talent acquisition strategy.I also partnered with workforce development organizations in my territories to help them achieve their goals of understanding the local labor market, identifying the skills residents need to move into new roles, upskilling residents, and then connecting residents with new jobs.

I partnered with Northwestern Law alumni in California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas to find unique opportunities to engage them with the Law School. In Los Angeles I connected our network of alumni in the entertainment sector to form an Advisory Committee to design a new Entertainment Law and Business Program (launching in March 2020).

I represented the Law School to over 120 alumni on the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas, strengthening their relationships with the Law School. As a result, I was able to identify specific interest areas of alumni and find meaningful ways to reconnect them with campus through faculty meetings, campus visits, and multi-year philanthropic investments.

I managed the annual fund program and stewardship of six and seven figure gifts for the Harris School. I launched the first Giving Day by organizing an email campaign and events strategy that exceeded our goal by 174% in FY15 and 117% in FY16. I also created our 1st, 5th, and 10th reunion committee strategy in FY15 and expanded programming to include the 15th, 20th, and 25th reunions in FY16. In FY16 I partnered with the class celebrating their 25th reunion to create their first class reunion gift, which resulted in several donors making their first pledge to Harris.

I organized 1st through 5th reunion committees with 150 volunteers around the goals of: securing their first gift to University of Chicago, teaching them to solicit their peers for a gift, and inviting classmates back to campus to celebrate their reunions.

I served as a grant manager for an educational research organization by: prospecting potential funders, helping Ph.D. students apply for grants, and stewarding the grants we received. I also managed the workflow of two other students to ensure that we were maximizing our time and increasing our number of grant applications. From fall 2012 to fall 2013 we increased the number of grants we applied for by 300%.

I served as the program manager for the DC Summer Institutes, William & Mary’s premier summer internship program. In doing so, I built relationships with employers across the Washington, DC metro area to secure exclusive internships for our students. I placed 43 students in summer 2012, which was the largest class of students to date. I also managed an office budget of $200,000.
