My industry-leading experience as an ILS System Administrator is thanks to my work in one of the top Public Library Consortia in the nation, which leads the nation in circulation transactions. The Central Library Consortium is a leader in bringing innovation and efficiency to library systems, and is an active part of the public library community. I have over 15 years of experience in the Public Libraries, including 5 years in direct public service, experience in budget development and purchasing, training and development, and IT.As a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio's Postgraduate Program, an intensive 3-year program focusing on developing leadership coaching and development skills, and a leadership development trainer at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, I bring a wealth of public speaking and training experience to my job. I've led conference sessions, conducted training sessions, written documentation, and evangelized for our member libraries in my current role.
