Manage a team of 10 Resourcing Coordinators supporting North America, Latin America & Caribbean - take personal accountability, ownership and leadership to inspire performance, growth and development.Design and drive the roll-out of the Resourcing process across Latin America & Caribbean (15 countries) - hire, induct and train new Resourcing talent across LAC; partner with Reward for job code implementation in BrassRingResponsible for standardizing and reinforcing ways of working in all markets within the Americas - conduct trainings, launch of Employee Referral Program, global work instructions, background check RFP, lead monthly market calls, and participation in the simplification work doneOwn the reporting and data for all recruitment and diversity numbers across the Americas; produce weekly open requisition reports, time to fill data, monitoring trends against our assigned SLAs and goals; monitor and delegate successful referral payouts across the AmericasOwn and maintain all forms used across NA/LAC/USVI to ensure consistency and data integrity
