o Senior architect within the Business Architecture team responsible for the design, certification and implementation of a common Finance and Risk Architecture Blueprint used widely by the organization in the communication and execution of a common vision. o Conducted Architecture and Process Reviews and Documentation of various Finance processes including Accounting and Product Control (Ledger and an integrated Contractual sub ledger), Liquidity, Asset Liability Management, Balance Sheet Forecasting, Interest Rate Exposure, Funds Transfer Pricing and Treasury Investments and CCAR workflow. These reviews enabled identification and resolution for gaps in the daily availability of high-quality financials, adoption of data standards and embedding standard business processes.

o Responsible for establishing and coordinating a forecasting process framework to calculate net interest income and net interest margin using the QRM system. The process brought in transaction level details, mapped them to forecasting units, reconciled the outstanding management balance sheet, provided the facility to capture the business level forecast and compare the resulting QRM forecasted results to the actual reported results from PEARL, and to create consolidated net interest margin forecast reporting for Citigroup.o Supervised a team that was responsible for the design and implementation of tactical and strategic Excel and Access methodologies in support of Liquidity 4G, LCR reporting, IRE and other forecasting activities.

o Manager of business applications supporting Risk and Finance needs within Corporate Treasury. Responsible for application management activities and providing Corporate Treasury with coordinated technical and business analysis support across multiple in-house developed and vendor applications.o My group consisted of seven developers and six business analysts. Activities included resource allocation, budget items, monthly status to management, vendor relationships, systems design reviews, approval of implementations and adherence to corporate standards including CMM and CITMP quality initiatives.

Little was responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project.o Key responsibilities included business and technical analysis in support of Grumman developers during the design, coding and implementation phases, writing design documentation for the process planning functions and prototyping the ARLSS-RCPMS Accounting function.o The project consisted of a consortium of five different companies supporting the development of small machine parts and printed wiring assembly portable factory floors for the US Navy. Arthur D.
