CEAM evolved out of the Unified Architecture methodology, which was one of the previous 5 pillars in Citi's Data Quality Program.o Establish the strategy and execution of activities for EBA Sector Architecture coverageo Provide sector architecture representation on architecture review boards related to permit to design reviews in applying business architecture principles and CEAM to business solutionso Provide architectural guidance to EBA work streams and other stakeholders in support of Strategic Initiatives. This includes review and approval in key enterprise taxonomy and process modeling change control forums, presentations at sector sponsored forums, the EBA weekly status forum and various other governance forums.o Provide support and recommendation on objectives, policies and plans with Senior Executives.

o Senior architect within the Business Architecture team responsible for the design, certification and implementation of a common Finance and Risk Architecture Blueprint used widely by the organization in the communication and execution of a common vision. o Conducted Architecture and Process Reviews and Documentation of various Finance processes including Accounting and Product Control (Ledger and an integrated Contractual sub ledger), Liquidity, Asset Liability Management, Balance Sheet Forecasting, Interest Rate Exposure, Funds Transfer Pricing and Treasury Investments and CCAR workflow. These reviews enabled identification and resolution for gaps in the daily availability of high-quality financials, adoption of data standards and embedding standard business processes.

o Responsible for establishing and coordinating a forecasting process framework to calculate net interest income and net interest margin using the QRM system. The process brought in transaction level details, mapped them to forecasting units, reconciled the outstanding management balance sheet, provided the facility to capture the business level forecast and compare the resulting QRM forecasted results to the actual reported results from PEARL, and to create consolidated net interest margin forecast reporting for Citigroup.o Supervised a team that was responsible for the design and implementation of tactical and strategic Excel and Access methodologies in support of Liquidity 4G, LCR reporting, IRE and other forecasting activities.

Activities included resource allocation, budget items, monthly status to management, vendor relationships, systems design reviews, approval of implementations and adherence to corporate standards including CMM and CITMP quality initiatives.

o The project consisted of a consortium of five different companies supporting the development of small machine parts and printed wiring assembly portable factory floors for the US Navy. Arthur D. Little was responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project.o Key responsibilities included business and technical analysis in support of Grumman developers during the design, coding and implementation phases, writing design documentation for the process planning functions and prototyping the ARLSS-RCPMS Accounting function.o The project consisted of a consortium of five different companies supporting the development of small machine parts and printed wiring assembly portable factory floors for the US Navy. o Part of small task force team (CORITEL) that was called upon to solve technical problems on a number of different projects across the country. The group consisted of twenty individuals with a wide range of technical expertise.o Key contributions included evaluation and resolution of technical problems on fifteen engagements with UNIX projects. The process involved on-site evaluation, testing, and presentation of issues and solution recommendations to internal management and, in some cases proding coding and implementing solutions.o Part of small task force team (CORITEL) that was called upon to solve technical problems on a number of different projects across the country. The group consisted of twenty individuals with a wide range of technical expertise. o Key contributions included evaluation and resolution of technical problems on fifteen engagements with UNIX projects. EDS was contracted by the Army to design and develop the HOMEs system on Intel microcomputers running xenix and using C and Informixo Key contributions included design and development of several C modules, testing and QA review of the system and leading a team of people in the deployment and training of users at army bases across the US and Germany.
