CurrentOrganize and manage executive meetings and customer briefings at the center, averaging 60 unique visits per quarter. Ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Manage all logistical aspects for briefings, including scheduling, setup, and hospitality, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.Collaborate with AMD account managers to develop tailored briefing agendas, enhancing the VIP experience for high-profile customers and aligning with their specific needs and interests.Produce comprehensive quarterly reports detailing briefing center activity and usage, providing valuable insights to senior management for strategic planning. Continuously measure results through post-event surveys and email communications, consistently receiving positive feedback and using insights to improve future briefings.
