• Manage multiple entities within the Financial Services division while providing leadership to managers and staff, with accountability for results. Plan, organize, and directs 18 professional accounting staff and.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to gain efficiencies throughout the organization as well as adhere to CSU and governmental rules, regulations, and legislations;
• Act as a liaison and provide guidance between CSU Headquarters and campus professionals related to accounting activities and related inquires;
• Serve as Lead Functional Accounting Representative for various PeopleSoft module implementations; general ledger, asset management, and accounts receivable/billing.
• Assure all reporting systems and procedures are in compliance with ICSUAM, the CSU Legal and Reporting Manual, and acceptable accounting standards;
• Establish systemwide guidelines, accounting treatment, and communications in order to develop strategic solutions for the CSU as a whole;

• Managed and supervised professional accounting staff responsible for the daily operations of the CSU Systemwide Revenue Management Program (RMP) and Systemwide accounting activities. Partnered with the CSU Systemwide.
• Developed and implemented policies and procedures to gain efficiencies throughout the organization
• Serve as Lead Functional Accounting Representative for the PeopleSoft General Ledger module implementations and upgrades.
