Responsible for communications, capital, budget, resource, forecasting, gap analysis and executive level reporting. Afford reporting and analysis across disparate systems. Identify and mitigate risk proactively. Manage vendor and coordinate all timelines and deliverables. Lead technical teams and coordinate SME activities. Responsible for System Development Life Cycle / Computer Systems Validation. Planning and coordination of a comprehensive training plan. Organization of implementation processes, documentation, and logistics.

Provide experienced, comprehensive and advanced technical expertise as part of a team to develop and maintain clinical systems to meet internal and external client's needs. Plan and coordinate database design and development for paper and EDC systems. Provide leadership, experience and expertise with clinical data management systems. Lead and participate in global and regional initiatives. Global Project management of CSV and rollout of versions of Oracle Clinical.

Provide technical assistance as part of a team to develop and maintain clinical systems that meet internal and external client’s needs. Responsibilities include directing the Clinical Data Programming department in planning, coordinating, and providing database programming support for client projects; and overseeing training and development of database programmers to ensure project requirements are met at all times. Perform ongoing review of resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy and to support company and client needs. Assist in proposal development, budget projections, and client presentations. Participate in development of new SOPs and training modules. Ensure that department maintains awareness of developments in their respective functions. Recommend all courses of action with regard to management and human resources matters in the department.

Responsible for managing, coordinating and evaluating subordinate staff assigned for data management activities involving programming, coding and producing accurate and valid clinical trials databases. Processes, budgets, and contracts deliverables for this division. Involvement in the proposal activities, client meetings and appropriate international endeavors.

Responsibilities include clinical study setup and development; supporting Data Management systems; developing programs and reports for internal and external customers; programming automated data checks to validate data keyed and client specifications; and assisting Data Management staff with look-up screens. DBA responsibilities include database maintenance and integrity, data transfer, DBMS operations, and performance tuning. Tools used: Oracle Clinical, ClinDM Oracle, UNIX and SQL.

Responsible for a complete rewrite of the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary's College Campus Management System. Designed, coded, tested, and implemented systems, including student tracking, alumni tracking, on-line registration, degree plan management, transcripts, grade entry, development, and campus maintenance operations. All development done in an Oracle 6.0 database environment using SQL and developer 2000 tools. Also responsible for duties such as database administration: performance tuning, database integrity, import and export functions, user maintenance, Oracle platform migration from Banyan Vines to Novell Network. Duties for network administration of installing and maintaining a Novell Network in a multi-server environment and vendor relations.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of education databases for Saint Mary's Basic education and College education programs in correctional facilities. Also responsible for network administration, database reporting, statistical analysis, data integrity, software training, instructor in-service, hardware/software support of off-site computer labs at six facilities.
