• Lead District Coordinator for East/Southeast including Top 3 Regional stores: o Boca Raton - $3,107,152 in sales and 10,126 sq/fto Tampa - $2,347,573 in sales and 8,000 sq/fto Orlando - $2,102,363 in sales and 8,754 sq/ft• Collaborating with various store visual managers to execute vision, elevate the store experience, and drive sales through both monthly and seasonal floor sets and visuals• Train and mentor Visual Managers on floor sets, quality and visual standards, signage and graphics updates, store maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness• Read and audit planograms/visual maps and offer creative suggestions for stores • Communicate the Z Gallerie brand standards, product assortment and product care• Continuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability• Pop visit stores to check store execution of visual direction• Assist in the planning of store openings, closings and remodels

• Drive sales and profit results by leading and developing strategies and appropriately planning/executing workload on the following: pricing, signing, visual execution, merchandise execution, event execution • Act as the customer experience leader; Accountable for results of the customer experience and creates action plans to improve performance• Analyze merchandising reports to review business results and develop appropriate strategies to capitalize on business strengths and impact deficiencies • Optimize sales/operations opportunity, by leading the associates consistently executes merchandising strategies, operations, loyalty programs and other company initiatives • Seasonal design of floor sets with consideration of an interactive store experience

• Responsible for implementing all visual directives for a $24 million+ retail store• Develop, deliver, and communicate visual concepts and strategies to store employees to promote the sale of retailbrands, products, and services• Provide information to customers related to special offers and frequently purchased items to promote clientspend, increase average transaction value, and decrease merchandise discounting• Position eye-catching promotional displays to strategically pair products for additional purchase opportunity• Demonstrate business and sales expertise by aligning visual efforts with company revenue targets through creativevisual merchandising• Collaborate with Sales Managers to create esthetically pleasing shopping environments• Maintain brand standards for all company and private labels: Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Chanel, Dior, etc.• Maintain visual displays/merchandising to optimize layout of floor space and maximize traffic• Ensure accuracy of promotional presentations, placement of key merchandise, seasonal fashion trend statements,and sales event set-up• Analyze business and fashion trends to make appropriate changes in presentation and assortment

• Provided regional oversight for visual implementations and releases in tier 1 markets including Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, and Miami• Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact• Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization• Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including: bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash• Monitor the movement of all inventory and ensure that staff adheres to all Shipping/Receiving policies and procedures
