I specialise in corporate yoga as well as working with anxiety and injury recovery/pain management.As a corporate wellness business owner, I work closely with HR managers and decision makers to design programs tailored to meet the needs of your company and its employees. That may be regular yoga classes, meditation sessions, workshops on decreasing stress in the workplace and more!
